To archive one question while the book's text is displayed, do these steps:
In the Questions column, click the question.
Below the book's text and question, click Archive.
To archive one or more questions, do these steps:
Click Overview.
In the Manage questions pane, click the arrow (
) for a book to see the chapters with questions. Then, click the arrow (
) for a chapter to see all the questions in that chapter.
Click the archive button () that appears in the book row to archive all the questions in the book, or in the chapter row to archive all the questions for a particular chapter, or in the question row to archive only one question.
Click Archive in the question box that appears when you archive all the questions in a book or chapter.
The question and any answers and comments are no longer available to be read by other users. In Overview, the question or questions move from the
Manage questions pane to the
Archived Questions pane.
Click Overview.
The Archived Questions pane appears at the bottom of the page. Books that have archived questions appear below it.
Click the arrow () for a book to see the chapters with questions.
Click the arrow () for a chapter to see the questions in that chapter.
Click the republish button () that appears in the one of these rows:
The row for the book if you will republish all the questions in that book.
The row for a particular chapter that you want to republish.
The row for the particular question you want to republish.
That question or questions move from the Archived Questions pane back to the
Manage questions pane. Then, they will be available for community checkers to see and answer again.
